Here is a Lionel 2423 Vintage O Lionel Lines Hillside Lighted Observation Car with Gray Roof from 1950-51. This is the early version with window striping and a gray roof later 2423s were all silver]. The 2423 Hillside Observation Passenger car is part of the 2421, 2422 and 2423 passenger car set of the early to mid 1950s. This car is illuminated and features one operating coupler and silhouettes in the windows.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The internal components are loose and can be felt moving freely inside the car when the car is handled. This car shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This car shows rust on the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included.
