Here is a Magnus 57-4531 G Scale DB Kuhlwagen Metal Box Car #4319071. Magnus cars were hand made in Germany by an incredible model maker, Christian Hoehne in 1976 in Putzbrunn, Germany. The cars were made of metal and are to this day the highest quality G Scale models made in very limited numbers from a few to less than a hundred cars at most. LGB contracted with Mr. Hoehne to produce special engines and prototype models. Regretfully Magnus cars are no longer made. From their extremely smooth rolling steel ball bearing wheels to the top of their metal or wood covered tops, they are pieces of art for any collector or G scale train enthusiast! This car features painted all metal construction, latch couplers, and metal wheels and axles.
